Bighorn Sheep Canyon Half Day Rafting

Family rafting in the Bighorn Sheep Canyon of the Arkansas River, Colorado

This trip is ideal for first time rafters or families with kids and smaller children. Beautiful vistas set in a diverse desert ecology await, rapids such as Five Points, Spike Buck, & Sharks Tooth are waiting to soak you! This Canyon has abundant wildlife viewing opportunities with an awesome introduction to whitewater rafting in Colorado. We’ll even take the time to stop for a swim through some waves at the popular swim hole. A perfect half day in Colorado! This trip lasts 3 hours. Minimum age requirement is 6 years-old, or at least 50 lbs.

We took out 2 kids with us and they did an awesome job with them. They were very personable and catered to our needs. They also took some great pictures of our trip that were very clear. The guides were very aware of the river and gave some great facts about it.
