Refund Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available if written notice is received within 14 days prior to trip date minus a 15% per person cancellation fee. No refunds are available for trips cancelled less than 14 days prior to launch date. However, we understand trips don’t always go according to plan. If you have to cancel less than 2 weeks from launch, you may apply those funds towards a future trip which can be rescheduled for up to one full season after the cancelled date, minus a 15% rescheduling fee. Our goal is to take you rafting! If no attempt is made to contact us prior to your trip and you are a NO SHOW. NO REFUNDS, OR RESCHEDULING WILL BE AVAILABLE. Full refunds are available in the rare circumstance that we cancel a trip due to weather, water conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances.
