Arkansas River 3 Day 2 Night Rafting Trip

This trip begins in Salida, Colorado and travels continuously along the Arkansas River through the entirety of  the Bighorn Sheep Canyon finishing in Canon City. Guests have the option to finish with the Royal Gorge. One fantastic trip! We’ll provide all of the necessary equipment to outfit your overnight river rafting vacation. From a full kitchen set-up with a BBQ grill, to all of the river gear you will need! After challenging yourself in the rapids you’ll enjoy our famous river camp cuisine. Our staff will prepare a riverside meal that’s sure to hit the spot! NO freeze dried food here! If you think the main course is good, wait until we leave you awe with our famous Dutch Oven desserts! The only thing you need to bring along are your personal items, and a thirst for adventure! You’ll experience skies so dark you’ll see stars you never knew were there! Bighorn Sheep frequent the camp areas with plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities along the way. If rafting the best whitewater Colorado has to offer, sleeping riverside under the Rocky Mountain stars, then waking up in the morning to the smell of fresh hot coffee with hot bacon and eggs sounds good to you….then this is the adventure vacation for you!

Great service and rates for the trip. Guides, Stan and Crisler, very knowledgeable about the river and area. Lots of fun on the 3 day 2 night trip down the Arkansas River. Great food and plenty to go around for all. Bring mosquito repellant, did not realize that they would be an issue. Will book trip again in the future for a family trip down the river. Can't say enough about the guides and how fun they made the trip for the 8 boys and 5 adults that were on the trip. Would love to do this again. Casper M.
